INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Description:

Soeur Lab, a dynamic and rapidly growing podcast dedicated to empowering women and promoting sisterhood, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic podcast Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our show and platform.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain social media platforms 
• Create engaging social media (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook) content and assets related to podcast episodes, including creating graphics, writing captions, and scheduling posts
• Maintain and distribute newsletter 
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence and managing interview calendar 
• Assist at Soeur Lab live events 
• Conduct research on industry trends to help improve the podcast's reach and impact

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for podcasting, women empowerment, and promoting sisterhood.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in best practices when utilizing social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with Canva
• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Knowledge of current podcasting trends and familiarity with popular women-centric podcasts is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

This is an unpaid internship opportunity with a flexible duration. As a Podcast Intern at Soeur Lab, you will gain valuable industry experience, have the opportunity to be creative, collaborate, receive mentorship and have your ideas heard! Additionally, we are happy to provide letters of recommendation and academic credit, if applicable.
